If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our Support Team and schedule a return. We supply full refunds on orders returned up to 30 calendar days from the day it is received.
Items must be returned/shipped within 30 days of receipt in brand new condition, with all original tags and their original packaging to be eligible for compensation.
Defective or Incorrect Item
Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect item. Please also send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Once we’ve reviewed your submission, we will issue you a pre-paid return label and full refund seven days after we’ve received your item.
